Nope i haven't... and i dare say most people haven't as they know how stupid it is to buy account of another player.

Anet will have no sympathy for you... Best you could hope for would be an email telling you it's your own fault and there's nothing that can be done.

Nothing you can do, sorry. To earn your money back, try running to Droks- when you get good at it you can start running people and making cash. But NEVER buy CD keys- it is a scam 99% of the time.

There is no recourse I think. Your hard earned dough cannot be taken back. Moreover, I think it's probably against the EULA to purchase accounts/keys (Which are always scams; either you get the account and they use support to get it all back, or they only give you a bogus key and help themselves to your dough) The fact that you were dealing in a shady kind of deal isn't going to help you much either in dealing with a support query.

My advice is to learn from this mistake, go farm yourself some more platinum and buy a real Copy of the game from NCsoft and Arenanet.

question: the only reason people used to have dual accounts or more was for the char slots, now you can just buy them, so other then having two accounts for two guilds, why is there a need still?

You can define own territory for each account, they have separated storages and you can control two characters by starting two Guild Wars. These are not possible with single account.

one on european server, one on american server . . . make sure each one has basic uw and fow farming builds . . . thats my basic idea and use for 2 accounts, would be pretty nice to go to fow or uw whenever you want, and if you have someone you can trust *i mean someone really trusworthy* you can have them transport gold from one to the other, or have 2 computer networked and just login into gw on each account on each computer and transfer gold in international districts so the euro and amer accounts can meet. but all else thats only reason i could think of to buy 2 accounts

Be careful if you see someone selling a guild hall too. They are usually a scammer.

Or or try “wts amulet of the mist 25k” and it’s really the quest amulet. Never be rushed when trading. If it’s to good to be true then yeh your getting scammed.

i know you say you don'thave the SS of it but do you remember any of his name? did it start with "sir"?

Now you're just being childish, it was your own fault, never trust people selling accounts. Also, "now i go scam some1. i hope that bastard choke and die." ??? He scams you, so he's a bastard and now you're going to go scam someone? Makes you just as big of a jacka** as him.

If you have been scammed please do the following:

To report someone go to Guild Wars official website and click on the Support link. You will be taken to this page:
http://www.guildwars.com/support/
Click on your zone, register and follow the instructions.
Remember to take a screenie to prove the scam. Always take a couple of screenies when trading/asking for services.

No point in complaining or commenting about it here because no one here can help you.

End of story.

You tried buying a factions key for ingame gold. Which is against the EULA rules. Not only did you get scammed you committed an offence yourself. This is what called delightful irony.
